Wendy and I chose St. Lucia as our honeymoon destination as neither of us had ever been to that part of the world before. We were looking for something very "exotic" and tropical and we definately found it. St. Lucia is an island, part of the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles. This map from google shows the Carribean. St. Lucia is located between Martinique and St. Vincent near the middle. This map shows the island from a slightly closer viewpoint.

We left San Jose on Tuesday night to Los Angeles, where we caught a red eye to Miami.
